Description
Samuel Applebaum’s Chamber Music for Two String Instruments is intended to be paired with Applebaum’s String Method, but it also works nicely as a duet book for students just beginning to explore the world of chamber music. Each piece has a brief introduction that includes playing objectives and explains the duet’s primary technical issues.
Book 2 includes more challenging rhythms (eighth and sixteenth notes) than Book 1.
